We will begin with a personal consultation in a comfortable setting of your choice (i.e. home, coffee shop, park) where you can comfortably express your health and wellness concerns.  From there we will customize a wellness plan to offer a refreshing perspective on goal setting, exercise, and nutrition to provide you with the tools needed to improve your overall health and wellness.

Together, we will look at your overall health and create a plan to harness fear, discover strengths and eliminate distractions to make positive and sustainable change.

*$125/hour consultation.  A typical initial consultation ranges from 50-90 minutes. 
This includes consultation, a personalized wellness plan, and ongoing email support (either via phone or in person). Follow-up sessions are billed at $125 per hour.

Dr. Sears L.E.A.N. Start Coaching for the whole family- $349

L.E.A.N. Start is a series of fun and interactive coaching sessions that give families with school-aged children the tools and information to:           
*Develop a lifetime of achievable healthy habits for the entire family
* Improve the mood and learning of children through nutrition
*Learn how to shop for quality, affordable foods
*Avoid nutritionally related diseases
 *Make nutrition at home easy and fun
