Our First Session
While it may feel like a lot at first, my goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and supported. We’ll also talk about what you'd like to get out of therapy and begin identifying the direction we’ll take together. You’re welcome to ask questions, share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, and let me know what you need to feel at ease.

All therapy is offered via a HIPAA-compliant, telehealth platform.
